class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Im Jahr 2018 arbeitete ich als Barkeeper im Restaurant KUL im Meatpacking District von Kopenhagen. Zu dieser Zeit begann ich, Sirupe aus meiner Heimat Slowakei zu importieren. Das Unternehmen kam zwar nicht richtig in Gang, aber es \u00f6ffnete mir T\u00fcren, erweiterte mein Netzwerk und verschaffte mir einen unsch\u00e4tzbaren Crashkurs in der Getr\u00e4nkeindustrie.<br>Kurz darauf, w\u00e4hrend ich lange N\u00e4chte arbeitete und unsere erste Tochter erwartete, dr\u00e4ngte mich ein enger Freund (und Mentor), Troels, dazu, etwas Neues zu beginnen. Diesmal nicht als Importeur, sondern als Gr\u00fcnder. Dieser Funke f\u00fchrte mich dazu, mich wieder mit Frederik Selvang, meinem heutigen Mitbegr\u00fcnder, in Verbindung zu setzen, und gemeinsam fanden wir das letzte Puzzleteil: Dr. Roberto Ferro. Wir trafen uns passenderweise in einer Bar \u2013 und von diesem Abend an war BITE geboren (von 2018 bis 2021 unter dem Namen The Syrup Company).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"color:#ddd\" class=\"wp-block-genesis-blocks-gb-spacer gb-block-spacer gb-divider-solid gb-divider-size-1\"><hr style=\"height:70px\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 44%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\"><strong>MIT BEDACHT HERGESTELLT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Frederik, Absolvent einer Wirtschaftshochschule, \u00fcbernahm die Rolle des CFO des Unternehmens, ich selbst war Barkeeper und Entertainer, also k\u00fcmmerte ich mich um Vertrieb und Marketing. Und Roberto, ein Wissenschaftler mit Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Aromen, half uns dabei, meine kleinen Experimente und individuellen Infusionen in skalierbare, hochwertige Rezepte umzuwandeln. Von Anfang an haben wir uns dazu verpflichtet, <strong>alkoholfreie, Bio-Mixer<\/strong> ausschlie\u00dflich aus Rohzutaten handwerklich herzustellen. Keine Zusatzstoffe. Keine Konservierungsstoffe. Keine k\u00fcnstlichen Aromen oder Farbstoffe. Covid-19 traf uns und zwang uns in den \u00dcberlebensmodus. Die Ums\u00e4tze gingen zur\u00fcck, aber wir gaben nicht auf. Wir verbrachten diese zwei Jahre damit, Beziehungen aufzubauen, leere Bars, Restaurants, Caf\u00e9s und Hotels zu besuchen, um uns mit den Besitzern und Teams zu treffen, die endlich Zeit f\u00fcr Gespr\u00e4che hatten. Diese Gespr\u00e4che gaben uns einen Sinn und pr\u00e4gten die DNA von BITE. Dort haben wir unser Portfolio gemeinsam mit der Gemeinschaft der Gastronomen und Vision\u00e4re des Nachtlebens der Stadt definiert. Allein im ersten Jahr habe ich pers\u00f6nlich \u00fcber 3.000 Muster in ganz Kopenhagen verteilt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Nordhafen, Kopenhagen (Mai 2019)<\/strong><\/strong><br>\u201eBesetzung\u201c w\u00e4hrend des Umzugs. Eine v\u00f6llig verr\u00fcckte Zeit, in der wir unseren Freunden von REB\u00c6L (jetzt Royal Unibrew) absolut dankbar sein m\u00fcssen, dass sie uns erlaubt haben, unsere gesamte Ausr\u00fcstung w\u00e4hrend des Umzugs in unsere neuen R\u00e4umlichkeiten bei ihnen zu lagern. Das war die helfende Hand, die unser sechs Monate altes Unternehmen gerettet hat. Wir h\u00e4tten einfach weggehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Amagerbrogade, Kopenhagen (Juni 2019 \u2013 Januar 2021)<\/strong><\/strong><br>Hier kamen wir erstmals auf den Geschmack von Erfolg. Wir knackten die Marke von 100 Restaurants, die BITE bestellten. Wir mussten unseren ersten Gabelstapler kaufen :D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Hvidovrevej, Hvidovre (Januar 2021 \u2013 Juni 2025)<\/strong><\/strong><br>BITE wuchs von 3 auf 15 Teammitglieder. Wir vergr\u00f6\u00dferten uns so sehr, dass wir ein eigenes Lager ben\u00f6tigten, und erwarben neue B\u00fcror\u00e4ume \u2013 wir hatten B\u00fcromitarbeiter! Bis dahin hatten wir in einer improvisierten K\u00fcche\/einem improvisierten B\u00fcroraum gearbeitet. Au\u00dferdem exportierten wir die ersten BITEs nach Belgien, Gro\u00dfbritannien und in die USA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>V\u00e6rkstedvej 55D \u2013 unser neues Zuhause (Juni 2025 \u2013 ?)<\/strong><\/strong><br>Ein unglaublicher Raum, nach dem wir uns schon lange gesehnt hatten. F\u00fcr Ende 2025 ist das Ziel&nbsp;<strong>120.000 Liter<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 genug f\u00fcr 3,4 Millionen Getr\u00e4nke \u2013 haben wir unsere Produktionskapazit\u00e4t um durchschnittlich 45 % pro Jahr gesteigert und sind dabei unserem Anspruch&nbsp;<strong>alkoholfreie, Bio-Mixer<\/strong>&nbsp;ausschlie\u00dflich aus nat\u00fcrlichen Zutaten in Handarbeit herzustellen, zu 100 % treu geblieben. Keine Zusatzstoffe. Keine Konservierungsstoffe. Keine k\u00fcnstlichen Aromen oder Farbstoffe.
