Zutaten: 40 ml Citadelle Gin
30 ml BITE Himbeere, Erdbeere & Buchu
20 ml Zitronensaft
5 drops Dr. Yannis Magic Foamer

Garnitur: Dried raspberry

Schwierigkeitsgrad: Stufe 2 - Mittlere Erfahrung als Barkeeper

Zubereitung: 1. Add all ingredients into shaker
2. Eis hinzufügen
3. Shake
4. Strain in small tin and throw used ice
5. Shake without ice
6. Fine strain into a coupe
7. Garnish
