Elderflower Hot Beverage

Zutaten: 1 part BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
5 parts Water

Garnitur: Lemon wheel + star anise

Schwierigkeitsgrad: Stufe 2 - Mittlere Erfahrung als Barkeeper

Zubereitung: 1. Add all ingredients to a clean milk jug
2. Steam until too hot to hold your hand on the outside of the jug
3. Pour slowly into a room-temperature ceramic cup
4. Add lemon wheel and star anise
