Irish Coffee

Zutaten: 50 ml BITE Coffee
60 ml Teeling Whiskey
50 ml Hot water
10 ml BITE Organic Simple Syrup
Float Oatly cream

Garnitur: Grated nutmeg

Schwierigkeitsgrad: Stufe 2 - Mittlere Erfahrung als Barkeeper

Zubereitung: 1. Add all but the cream to a clean milk jug
2. Steam until too hot to hold the jug
3. Pour into a room-temperature coupe glass
4. Lightly whip the cream
5. Layer it over the back of a spoon
6. Grate nutmeg on top
