Zutaten: 30 ml BITE Brombeere & Haskap
50 ml Balancal Agricole Rum 2021
30 ml Zitronensaft
20 ml Egg white

Garnitur: Lemon peel coin

Zubereitung: 1. Dry shake all ingredients
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Fine strain into a lowball glass
4. Garnish with a lemon peel coin
