The Raven Sour

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap
50 ml Balancal Agricole Rum 2021
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Egg white

Garnish: Lemon peel coin

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Dry shake all ingredients
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Fine strain into a lowball glass
4. Garnish with a lemon peel coin
