- 15 ml BITE Vanilla Bean 25 ml
- 25 ml BITE Mango & Miso
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml white rum
- Shake and strain into a high-ball glass with ice cubes
- Top with sparkling water

- 20 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass
- Express orange peel over the drink and drop into the glass
