Ingredients:
40 ml BITE Anaperitivo
20 ml Verjus
Top with Sparkling water
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge and mint
Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience
Instructions:

2. Stir to mix
3. Add ice cubes
4. Garnish with fresh mint and grapefruit.
