Ingredients: 35 ml BITE Mango & Miso
50 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Eggwhites
2 dashes Angostura Bitter
10 ml Bordiga Amaretto

Garnish: Orange wedge and Angostura bitters

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake til make the eggwhites foam
3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake until chilled
4. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
5. Garnish with orange and angostura bitters.
