Ingredients:
20 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
50 ml Copehagen Distillery Long Pepper Akvavit
15 ml Grapefruit juice
10 ml Lime juice
2 dashes Creole Bitters
Garnish: Lemon verbena
Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice cubes
3. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until chilled
4. Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes
5. Strain the cocktail into the glass
6. Garnish with lemon verbena
