WHISKEY HIGHBALL

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
30 ml Stauning Høst Whiskey
10 ml Orange juice
1 dash Angostura Bitter
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh orange and ginger

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice
and stir to mix. Add extra ice if needed. Garnish with
a slice of orange and/or fresh ginger.
