TOKYO MINGLE

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Mango & Miso
60 ml Sake
20 ml Italicus
10 ml Lemon juice

Garnish: Spray with mezcal

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes
3. Chill a coupe glass and fine-strain the cocktail
4. Spray a dash of mezcal on top.
