Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
20 ml Lillet Blanc
40 ml Absolut Raspberry
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Raspberry on skewer

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
2. Dry Shake for 10-12 seconds, then shake again with ice cubes.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
