Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry
40 ml Don Julio Tequila
10 ml Lemon juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh mint and blackberry

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine the 3 first ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice cubes and shake until the cocktail is chilled
3. Fill up a highball glass with crushed ice
4. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass
5. Garnish with fresh mint and a blackberry
