Ingredients:
30 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
30 ml Lapsang Tea Mix
30 ml Verjus
Garnish: Lemon twist
Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience
Instructions:
Lapsang tea mix:
1. 1 barspoon lapsang tea
2. 1 barspoon honey and
3. 100ml hot water
4. leave for 1 minute
Serving the cocktail:
1. Stir all ingredients in a mixer glass with ice for 12-15 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled Nick&Nora glass
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
