SPRING AWAKENING

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
20 ml Cucielo Bianco
40 ml Italicus
20 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Fresh sage and lemon wedge

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice cubes
3. Shake hard for 10-15 seconds
3. Add ice cubes to a highball glass
4. Strain the cocktail
5. Garnish with sage and lemon wedge
