Winter Sour

- 30 ml BITE Chili & Anise

- 40 ml pisco

- 10 ml BITE Organic Simple Syrup

- 20 ml lime juice

- 3 drops foamer

- Dry shake, then shake hard with ice and fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

- Garnish with star anise

Spicy Garibaldi

- 20 ml BITE Chili & Anise

- 50 ml BITE Anaperitivo

- 100 ml orange juice

- 1 drop foamer

- Shake with ice, fine strain into a highball glass and add ice

- Garnish with an orange wedge
