Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
40 ml Ritual Tequila (Non alcoholic)
15 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Passionfruit & lemon verbena

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake hard with ice cubes for 5 seconds
3. Strain into a highball glass with ice
4. Top with sparkling water
5. Finish the cocktail with a slice of fresh passionfruit and lemon verbena
