Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
10 ml Lemon juice
50 ml Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Fresh thyme & orange wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Pour all ingredients into a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir
4. Top with sparkling water
5. Garnish with thyme and orange wedge
