ABSOLUT SOUR

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Mango & Miso
40 ml Absolut Vodka
20 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Lemon Says Hello (Limoncello)
20 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Edible flowers

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake
3. Shake again with ice cubes
4. Double strain into a low-ball glass with ice
5. Garnish with edible flowers
