Adriatico Amaretto Bramble

Ingredients: 40 ml Adriatico Amaretto
40 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry
20 ml Lemon juice
5 drops Dr. Yannis Magic Foamer

Garnish: Lemon zest

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients into shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake
4. Strain in small tin and throw used ice
5. Shake without ice
6. Fine strain into a coupe
7. Garnish
