Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
40 ml Balancal Agricole Rum
20 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Half passionfruit, lime wheel & mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add ingredients to a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
