Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Anaperitivo
30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
30 ml Almave Ambar
30 ml Lime juice

Garnish: Lemon or lime wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds
3. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes
