AMARETTO BRAMBLE

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry
40 ml Adriatico Amaretto
20 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Egg whites

Garnish: Blackberry & lemon wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake / Wet shake
3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
4. Garnish with a blackberry & lemon wedge
