ANAPERITIVO FIZZ

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Anaperitivo
20 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
10 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Eggwhites
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale

Garnish: Fresh mint

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients except ginger ale to a shaker
2. Dry shake
3. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds until chilled
4. Double strain into a chilled highball glass
5. Top with ginger ale
6. Garnish with fresh mint
