Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Anaperitivo
30 ml Aviation Gin
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Grapefruit wedge and fresh rosemary

Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a stemmed wine glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir
