Aperitivo Thyme

Ingredients: 40 ml Mamma Mia Limoncello
20 ml BITE Thyme & Lemon
10 ml Lemon juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Lemon thyme

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Top with sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
