Aperitivo’clock

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Rhubarb & Pink Pepper
30 ml Terrazzo Øko Vermouth
80 ml Sparkling water

Garnish: Orange wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a spritz glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a fresh orange wedge
