Banana Split

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
10 ml Balancal Eau de Vie Banana Aged
30 ml Oatly Mat

Garnish: Banana leaf

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a syphon
2. Charge with CO2 cartridge
3. Pour into a coupette glass
4. Garnish with a banana leaf
