BASIL COOLER

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Basil & Timur Berry
10 ml Lemon juice
Top with half Indian Tonic
Top with half Sparkling water

Garnish: Basil and lemon wedge

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass
2. Stir to mix
3. Add ice cubes
4. Garnish with a few basil leaves and a lemon wedge
