Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Basil & Timur Berry
60 ml Angels Envy
30 ml Lemon juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with lemon zest
