BRAMBLE

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap
40 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
30 ml Lemon juice

Garnish: Blackberry & lemon wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine gin and lemon juice in a lowball glass with crushed ice or ice cubes.
2. Stir to mix.
3. Pour over BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry.
4. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon wheel.
