Ingredients:
20 ml BITE Blackberry & Haskap Berry
40 ml Aviation Gin
10 ml Lemon juice
Top with Brut Champagne
Garnish: Lemon twist
Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaker
2. Shake until chilled
3. In a chilled champagne coupe pour a gentle splash of brut champagne
4. Strain the cocktail
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
