Cascahuín Paloma

Ingredients: 50 ml Cascahuín Blanco Tequila
30 ml BITE Grapefruit & Mint
10 ml Lime juice
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Grapefruit slice + salt

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
