CHRISTMAS FIZZ

Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Anaperitivo
40 ml Monkey 47 Sloe Gin
10 ml Lemon juice
Splash of Sparkling water

Garnish: Orange wedge, cinnamon and rosemary

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add the first 3 ingredients into a shaker
2. Shake with ice cubes until chilled
3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes
4. Top with a splash of sparkling water
5. Garnish with orange, cinnamon and rosemary.
