CLASSIC MOJITO

Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Mojito Premix
40 ml Bacardi Ocho
20 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lime & Mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with fresh lime & mint
