How to
Ingredients:
30 ml BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
60 ml Balancal Fennel Gin
30 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Egg whites
Garnish: Raspberry
Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake / Wet shake
3. Fine strain into a coupe glass
4. Garnish with raspberries on a skewer
