40 ml Tanqueray Gin
15 ml Lillet Blanc
20 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Eggwhites

Garnish: Dehydrated raspberry

Difficulty: Level 3 - Advanced bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker
2. Dry shake
3. Shake with ice cubes
4. Fine strain into a coupe glass
5. Garnish with dehydrated raspberries.
