Ingredients: 30 ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Storico
30 ml BITE Anaperitivo
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Orange wedge

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a highball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
