Ingredients: 30 ml BITE Elderflower & Jasmine
40 ml Companion Red
20 ml Lemon juice

Garnish: Blackberry on a skewer

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice and shake well
3. Fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass
4. Garnish with Blackberries on a skewer
