Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Ginger, Lemon & Lime
40 ml Bacardi Cuatro
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Angostura
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel
