DIME DROP SOUR – BY IAN GRIFFITH

Ingredients: 20 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
15 ml Lime juice
15 ml Alipus Mezcal
15 ml Casamigos Tequila
15 ml Aperol

Garnish: Serve without garnish

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker
3. Shake with ice cubes for 10-15 seconds
4. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
