40 ml Balancal Eau de Vie Banana Aged
Top with Tonic

Garnish: Lemon zest

Difficulty: Level 2 - Medium bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add ingredients to a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
