Ingredients: 30 ml Radius Gin
30 ml BITE Ginger w/ Lemon & Lime
20 ml Radius Cassis
Top Three Cents Plain Soda

Garnish: Served naked

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Add all non sparkling ingredients into a lowball
2. Add ice
3. Add sparkling ingredient
4. Gently mix ingredients up & down with bar spoon
5. Garnish
