Ingredients: 40 ml BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
40 ml Bacardi Ocho
20 ml Lime juice
Top with Sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon, Lime & Mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Combine ingredients in a highball glass
2. Add ice cubes
3. Stir to mix
4. Garnish with fresh lemon, lime & mint
