Frozen Clover Club

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Raspberry, Strawberry & Buchu
1 part Gin
3 parts Water

Garnish: Lemon wheel & fresh raspberries

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE, gin and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh raspberries
