Frozen Mojito

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Mojito, Citrus & Mint
1 part White rum
3 parts Water

Garnish: Lime wedge & fresh mint

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE, white rum and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint
