Frozen Old Cuban

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Mojito, Citrus & Mint
1 part Golden rum
3 parts Water
A splash Champagne

Garnish: Lime wheel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE, golden rum and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Add a splash of Champagne to the slush ice machine
4. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
5. Garnish with a lime wheel
