Frozen Paloma

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Grapefruit & Mint
1 part Tequila blanco
3 parts Water

Garnish: Grapefruit peel

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE, tequila blanco and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
4. Garnish with grapefruit peel
