Frozen Passionfruit & Milky Oolong Lemonade

Ingredients: 1 part BITE Passionfruit & Milky Oolong
4 parts Water

Garnish: Half a passionfruit

Difficulty: Level 1 - Basic bartending experience

Instructions: 1. Mix BITE and water
2. Run in slush ice/granita machine until frozen
3. Adjust the machine to freeze more or less for the perfect result
4. Garnish with half a passionfruit
